Records must include:
Water Clarity
The operator should be able to read a coin in 5’
to 6’ of water
If the water clarity is not up to this standard, the pool must
be closed until water clarity is corrected
Water Temperature
Spas not to exceed 104 degrees
Pools not to exceed 90 degrees
Closing
Pool operator has the right to close a pool or
spa for any issue he/she may deem unhealthy, unsafe, or
constitutes a health hazard
